How do I create a Lync account? +
Download the Lync app from the App Store or Google Play. Tap "Create an account" and enter your email address, or sign in with Google. Signing up takes less than a minute.
How do I book a cleaning service? +
From the home screen, tap "Book a service". Choose the type of service, pick a provider available in your area, then select the date and time. Confirm, and that's it!
Are providers verified and insured? +
Yes. Every provider goes through a thorough screening process covering identity verification, criminal record checks and a skills assessment. They are all insured for your protection.
Can I cancel or change my booking? +
Yes. You can cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the service: your card is not charged (full refund). For cancellations less than 24 hours before the service, 50% of the amount is retained. If the provider cancels or does not show up, you are refunded in full.
How does payment work? +
Payments are processed securely through our built-in system. You can pay by credit or debit card. Payment is only taken once both parties have confirmed the service.
Is Lync available in my area? +
Lync is currently available in Montreal and surrounding cities. We are expanding quickly to other regions of Quebec and Canada. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we reach your area.
